St Moritz in a Fiat

I thought driving through Italy would be fun so I hired a car in Rome and did the 8 hour drive to St Moritz to visit Jared and Claire who were with the other AIS walkers on a training camp.

The drive went pretty quick although there were some serious tolls. 32 euro for the rome/milan leg. Ouch.

St Moritz is spectacular. Today we went to the summit of Corvasch which at 3306m was the highest I have ever been.

You get a little light headed up that high. We had hot chocolate up there over looking St Moritz below.

SO off to Varese tomorrow for 1 day before I meet up with Richie in Paris for the Golden League. Only 2 Australians competing. McLellan and Burgess so wont be much to write about really.
