It all started in Berlin during the 2009 World Championships. I remember the electricity in the ’36 Olympic Stadium as Usain Bolt didn’t just win; he redefined sprinting. shattering his own world records with a 9.58 in the 100m and a 19.19 in the 200m.
That summer was the beginning of a three-year odyssey for me. From the historic blue track in Germany to the most prestigious Diamond League meets across Europe, I had the privilege of interviewing the world’s fastest man on several occasions.
